- What are the fees for using AIRouter24?
- AIRouter24 charges a 5% fee when you purchase credits. We pass through the pricing of the underlying model providers without any markup, so you pay the same rate as you would directly with the provider.
- Top-up failed / card payment not working?
- Try another card. If it still fails, contact service@airouter24.com and we'll help arrange an alternative payment channel.
- Do credits expire?
- No. Topped-up credits are valid permanently and consumed on actual usage.
- How do I check the cost of a single request?
- You can view it on the activity page of the dashboard.
- Do you support invoicing?
